Membership Levels
Annual Membership Packages for both General and Associate Members*
Single Membership ($75): This membership package is available for individuals.
Group Membership ($250): Allows for up to five (5) faculty and staff members from your college, university, or agency to be NYSTAA members for the year.
Unlimited Membership ($375): Allows for an unlimited number of faculty and staff members from your college, university, or agency to be NYSTAA members for the year.
Note: To be eligible for Annual Conference membership discount you must be a fully registered NYSTAA member by March 1 of the respective conference year.
Emeritus Members: If you are an Emeritus Member, please contact membership@nystaa.org for registration directions.
For Group and Unlimited memberships, an institution provided email address (i.e. name@college.edu – not a hotmail, yahoo, gmail, or similar non-professional associated email address) must be used to set up a NYSTAA personal account.

- Check or money order by mail

* General vs. Associate Membership as stated in the NYSTAA by-laws:
General Membership in NYSTAA is open to all individuals working for institutions of higher education within New York State, accredited by Middle States Association and who are professionally involved in the general purposes of the organization. General members are entitled to vote in the election of officers and Executive Board Members. Associate Membership in NYSTAA is open to all individuals working for related institutions of higher education and agencies. Associate members shall not vote in elections, hold office or be a member of the Executive Board. Associate members are encouraged to take part in any of NYSTAA’s active committees by attending meetings or participating in related projects.
